How billing works
Consult: pay the flat fee at booking. No insurance needed for the visit.
Laboratory testing: There are two easy options for payment-
- Pay a simple cash price – Night Owl Medical offers affordable upfront pricing for lab work. We’ll let you know the exact cost during your visit so there are no surprises.
- Use your insurance – If you prefer, your laboratory test orders can be sent to Quest Diagnostics Laboratories. They will bill your insurance directly using the physician’s diagnostic codes.
Galleri® Testing: The Galleri® test is not currently covered by insurance. It is available as a self-pay option. The cost is $949, and your results will be reviewed with you once they are available.
Imaging: (X-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans, MRI scans, mammograms) can be ordered to a local imaging center. The center will bill directly through your insurance using the physician’s diagnostic codes, or you can be offered a cash-price for imaging.
