How It Works
Enter The Waiting Room
Enter the queue and pay the initial fee (cash-pay). Typical connection in ~15-30 minutes during service hours. Confirm you are in California and not experiencing an emergency. Complete telehealth consent forms.
Video Visit
Meet directly with a board-certified internal medicine physician and receive your consultation and medical care.
Plan
If appropriate, we send non-controlled prescriptions to your preferred 24-hour pharmacy. We can also order next-day labs at Quest Diagnostics Laboratories, order imaging to be done at a local imaging center, arrange specialist referrals, or advise on hospital care.

Preventive Work-up
If you are currently healthy and do not have symptoms, but would like a preventive or screening blood panel, or imaging for screening purposes, these can be ordered during your visit. Our goal is to help you stay proactive about your health and catch potential issues early.
