We do not prescribe controlled substances.
Service window: late night (document lists 9 pm–4 am PST in most sections; confirm hours in CMS).
Before you book
Have these ready:
- Chief concern, onset, key symptoms.
- Current medications meds and allergies.
- Your preferred 24-hour pharmacy for e-prescriptions.
- Payment card for the flat-fee consult. No insurance required for the visit.
Step-by-step
Enter The Waiting Room
Enter our online waiting room. Pay the flat fee. Complete your telehealth consent forms. You will typically connect with the physician in ~15-30 minutes.
Video visit
Meet directly with a board-certified internal medicine physician and receive your consultation and virtual care. Focus areas include urgent care, primary care (including discussion about preventative and screening tests), metabolic disease, prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, and obesity care.
Treatment Plan
If appropriate, we send non-controlled prescriptions to your chosen 24-hour pharmacy.
Diagnostics
We can order next-day labs at Quest Diagnostic Laboratories. Panels include laboratory testing for general health, thyroid disorders, cholesterol markers, liver and kidney markers, urine, sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing, inflammatory markers, metabolic health markers, diabetes testing, and obesity-related tests. Galleri multi-cancer screening available for ordering if appropriate. We can also order Imaging, including X-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans, MRI scans, mammograms to a local imaging center.
Follow-up and Referrals
Results are reviewed in a follow-up virtual visit with interpretation and an action plan. Specialist referrals provided when needed; you can choose to schedule with specialists who are in-network for your insurance.
Post-hospitalization Discharge Support
If you are admitted to Cedars-Sinai or an affiliate hospital, we can consult on post-discharge care.
